If you do not receive a shipment within 10-15 days of ordering, please inform us by emailing care@saathipads.com with "Order Issue" in the subject line, within 15 days, so that we can serve you better and sort out the issue with the shipment. Thank you for shopping with us!
Sometimes in case of large orders, we deliver the boxes separately. Please do not panic in case you don't receive your whole order in one shipment. We will surely deliver your entire order. In case you still have any issues, please mail us at care@saathipads.com.
