Official Contest Rules: #MyPeriodPowerPledge

1. Contest Period

The #MyPeriodPowerPledge Contest begins on July 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM IST, and ends on July 31, 2025, at 11:59 PM IST.

2. Eligibility

• The contest is open only to legal residents of India.

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

3. How to Enter & Get Your Unique Code

To enter the #MyPeriodPowerPledge Contest:

1. Create Your Pledge Video:
   1. Record a short video on Instagram.
   2. Your "Pledge": Show us your sustainable switch! This Plastic-Free July, be the change our planet needs! Your #MyPeriodPowerPledge is a direct vote for a cleaner Earth. Show us how your small switch creates a BIG ripple effect for oceans, landfills, and future generations. Get creative and make your #PowerMove visible!
2. Use Required Hashtags: Your post MUST include both #MyPeriodPowerPledge and #SaathiBangForYourBuck.
3. Tag Saathi: You MUST tag our official Instagram account: @SaathiPads in your post.
4. Nominate Friends: In your caption, you MUST nominate three (3) friends to take the #MyPeriodPowerPledge. Tag their Instagram handles!
5. Public Profile: Ensure your Instagram account is public so we can see your incredible entry and you can receive your unique code.

Upon successful submission of an eligible entry, our Saathi team will comment on your video/post with a unique, personalized 35% OFF promo code. This code is for your followers to use on Saathi subscription boxes and menstrual cups on our website.

4. Content Guidelines

• Entries must be original and created by the participant.

• Content should be positive, respectful, and align with Saathi's values of sustainability, health, and empowerment.

• No offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content will be tolerated. Entries found to violate these guidelines will be disqualified.

• Entries should not contain any third-party copyrighted material without proper permission.

5. Winner Selection – Based on Code Usage

Winners will be selected based on the performance of their unique promo code:

• Saathi will track the number of unique completed purchases made using each participant's unique 35% OFF promo code during the contest period.

• The top 6 participants with the highest number of unique code uses by the end of the contest will be declared winners.

• In case of a tie for any prize tier, the winner will be determined by the highest total monetary value of purchases made using their code. If a tie persists, the winner will be selected based on the earliest submission time of their #MyPeriodPowerPledge entry.

• All decisions by Saathi are final and binding.

6. Prizes (Total of 6 Winners)

• The Pledge Pioneers (3 people): Each will receive 3 months of Saathi pads or Saathi menstrual cup.

• The Period Planet Protectors (2 people): Each will receive 6 months of Saathi pads  or Saathi menstrual cup.

• The Power Move Maverick (1 person): This ultimate #PowerMover will receive:

• Their choice of Saathi Plastic-Free Kit (Wanderlust Green Kit, Menstrual Cup Starter Kit, or Nirvana Self-Care Kit).

• 6 months of Saathi pads or Saathi menstrual cup for themselves.

• 6 months of Saathi pads donated in their name to an individual or community that doesn't have access to sustainable menstrual hygiene.

7. Winner Notification & Prize Fulfilment

• All 6 winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official @SaathiPads account.

• Winners must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim their prize and provide necessary shipping details. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other substitute.

8. Rights & Usage

By entering this contest, participants grant Saathi a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute their entry (video/photo, caption, and Instagram handle) across Saathi's marketing channels. This includes, but is not limited to, social media, website, email marketing, and promotional materials, for promotional and educational purposes. Participants acknowledge they will not receive any compensation for such use beyond the prize awarded.

9. General Conditions

• Saathi reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its reasonable control compromise the integrity or proper conduct of the contest. This includes any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to code usage.

• Saathi reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or any participant who tampers with the entry process.

• This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

• By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Saathi, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability or claims arising from their participation or acceptance/use of any prize.

10. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering this contest and awarding prizes, and will be handled in accordance with Saathi's Privacy Policy.
